GEOG 219 & 355 Student projects

This interactive map represents a repository of videos created by UVic Geography students. In GEOG 355, students research coastal communities, exploring the themes of sense of place and resilience, while in GEOG 219 students undertake multi-perspectival considerations of a variety of BC social and environmental issues more generally. These videos are the result of the students' careful reflection and creativity. They are meant to enlighten, inform and inspire reflection on and care for the special places that we call home.
